Description
At the beginning of World War II, a group of twenty men set out from the Palestine Territory towards Europe in order to form arranged marriages with twenty Jewish women who are looking to escape Nazi Germany. One of these men, Yaacov Markovitch, falls in love with his bride and he tries to get her to love him despite her desire to break free from the marriage.
